COMIC BOOK REVIEW: "San Hannibal #4"

Last time we saw hard-luck private detective Ira Avery, he found himself on the wrong side of a drug-filled syringe, somewhere deep inside the privileged enclave known as the Stockbridge Club. His investigation into the disappearance of photojournalist Savannah Loy uncovered a vile conspiracy among San Hannibal’s political elite, but has his search now reached a dead end: his own? Readers can find out when the penultimate issue of the five-issue, neon-noir comic book series, San Hannibal, hits comic book stores and digital devices across the globe on Oct. 15.

The reason I'm using the description given to me in my press release as opposed to writing my own again, is I give too much away. And when you're nearing the end of a miniseries such as San Hannibal, the last thing you want is to give away spoilers.
If you haven't already read the previous three issues, you might want to consider buying them before picking up issue four, because otherwise you might be lost on the who/what/when/where/why/how.
This issue fills in soe blanks left aftrr #3 ended, for which I'm glad, and just gives more mysteries for the reader to wonder how it will all be resolved in the next issue?
There just does not seem to be enough space in one issue, but I'm sure the creative team behind San Hannibal can do it!
The color scheme is black and white, with the previous colors blue, pink and yellow all combining in different places to make a beautiful comic. Cherry red also briefly appears, a shocking and pleasing pop of vivacity in the stark pages.
I love San Hannibal! I am really going to be sad to see the series end in December.

5/5--the future of comics!
